Bills Bills Bills

Is the senior year becoming to costly to enjoy?

It's not only Senior expenses that are getting pricey, but simply the cost of LIVING is getting higher. Most kids have to choose to miss out on certain things either at home or as a senior to make the other work out to their favor. I'm a Jr., and i'm hopefully going to take on a job this summer that will earn me emough to pay for all the expenses I'll have my senior year so that it will make the load much lighter on my parents.

My family doesnt have a lot of money, in fact a lot less than most. I feel worse than you can possibly imagine to see everyone with there nice class rings, senior shirts, yearbooks, etc. Knowing that I can't particpate in even one of these things really hurts me. Even though I dislike high school, it is a huge milestone in my life and I wish that I could particpate and have memories, but, thanks to our economic situation, and the ridiculous prices, I will never be able to. I will have nothing to show to my own children, nor will I have any keepsake to tell myself "hey, you did a good job". No prom, no dances, no pictures, now memorabilia whatsoever, so to all the people who are complaining about prices but have their own parents paying for it, I want to say, enjoy it while it lasts because when its over, your really going to miss it. Try working when your 16 for every single article of clothing, item of hygiene, and morsel of food you have. Its anything but fun. Stop complaining, and grow up.

"Bills Bills Bills", these are the words that are often spoken at my house. I am not a senior yet, but I'm already anticipating the costs that are coming. College, Dances, fun activities. All of these things require money, especially college. Hopefully I can get a job this summer, but who knows the way our economy is going, I can only foreshadow things getting worse before getting better.

I think that senior year is getting too costly. Even though I am not one, my sister is and I think it's too expensive. I knew it was going to be expensive, but every year I hear somebody complaining about it. Our parents are going to end up broke by the time I'm a senior unless somebody does something about it!

Bills which are used to buy items in the United States. It seems our county's economy is getting and the cost of living is going higher.
But with the new president there is hope in two to three years it will get better ,or vote in a new president Sarch Palin any one just kidding. Well just have to see if the new bills being passed this year can get the economy back on track.
